We consider refund requests in the following cases:
A payment was made in error or duplicated.
The project has not yet begun and you wish to cancel before any design, development, or research work has been started.
AJ Codegenius LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen internal circumstances.
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Work has already commenced on your project (e.g., design drafts, coding, integrations, or setup).
The project has been delivered, reviewed, or partially approved by the client.
Dissatisfaction with a delivered service after final approval, unless covered by a written service warranty or maintenance agreement.
Third-party service or software costs (hosting, domains, APIs, or plugin purchases) are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
To request a refund, please email info@ajcodegenius.com within 7 calendar days of your payment.
Include your invoice number, payment amount, and reason for the request.
Our billing department will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method (for example, PayPal, Wise, or Stripe). Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted for incomplete projects or mutually agreed cancellations. The amount refunded will depend on the percentage of work already completed.
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
