AJ Codegenius LLC provides web development, software automation, and digital design solutions.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual proposals or project agreements.
To ensure timely project completion, clients agree to:
Provide required materials (content, images, logins, etc.) in a timely manner.
Review drafts and deliver feedback within agreed timelines.
Make payments according to the agreed project schedule.
Failure to cooperate or provide necessary materials may delay delivery and does not justify non-payment.
All payments must be made in full or as scheduled in the project agreement or invoice.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
AJ Codegenius LLC accepts payments through trusted third-party processors such as Wise, PayPal, or Stripe.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@ajcodegenius.com.
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, partial charges may apply based on completed work.
Upon full payment, all completed and approved deliverables become the property of the client, excluding any third-party resources or frameworks used under license.
AJ Codegenius LLC retains the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any non-public information shared during the project.
Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Codegenius LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
Each project includes a defined number of revisions as stated in the proposal or agreement.
Additional revisions or post-delivery changes may be billed at our standard hourly rate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
